Client: A leading manufacturer and supplier of subsea petroleum production systems.
Assignment: Serve as the consulting lead for a new Primavera Enterprise world-wide implementation. This engagement also included a Primavera Inspire based SAP integration and the deployment and customization of the Enterprise Reporting Database in support of enterprise reporting.
Results: Successful, featured in the Primavera Annual Conference.

Client: The major state managed utility in Africa.
Assignment: Served as the consulting lead for a new Primavera Enterprise country-wide implementation, also responsible for the detailed API design for the client coded SAP integration. Further challenges included a high-latency network.
Results: Successful design and on-site support.
Client: A major international petrochemical corporation
Assignment: Served as the consulting lead for a new Primavera Enterprise world-wide implementation for the Chemical sector Maintenance Execution at their US and international sites.
Results: Successful implementation including providing detailed, global and site-specific process documentation not required as part of the project deliverable. It was the right thing to do.
Client: A major international design corporation for nuclear plant engineering and construction
Assignment: Served as the consulting lead for the establishment of the process for the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the engineering of the next generation nuclear power plant.
Results: Successful implementation and transition of IMS management to staff personnel.
Client: A major aerospace manufacturing corporation with major governmental, international, and commercial contracts.
Assignment: Served as the consulting lead for a new Primavera Enterprise Project Management and Cost Management implementation. This was the foundation for their 100% Earned Value initiative under which all external and internal client projects will be managed using enterprise Project Management and Earned Value methods and processes. Intrinsic to this was the conversion of legacy several hundred Microsoft Project data files, and associate Millennium, and wInsight legacy data.
Results: Successful conversion of all legacy data and transition to Primavera Enterprise Project Management usage.
